The Region VII TTA System welcomes the National Center on Program Management and Fiscal Operations and the Head Start Regional Office in a series focused on budgeting in response to quality enhancements outlined in the Revised Head Start Program Performance Standards.
In Session 1, the focus will be on budgeting basics to include the role of the Program Director in managing fiscal operations and reporting requirements.
