The Advanced Coaching Summit is a three-day virtual event designed for Head Start and Early Head Start leaders, including HR staff, Program Coaches, Coordinators, Supervisors, and Educators, to enhance coaching across their programs. Effective coaching is critical for professional growth, staff retention, and improved outcomes for children and families, and research shows that coaching increases employee engagement and reduces turnover.

Through interactive sessions led by expert facilitators, participants will explore strategies for building coaching models, structuring meaningful conversations, using data to guide coaching, and applying skills directly to their programs. By the end of the summit, attendees will gain practical tools, strengthened coaching skills, and the confidence to drive meaningful improvements in classroom practices, program operations, and overall agency performance. The summit will be held virtually via Zoom on November 18–20, 2025
